Hope I’m not late in replying. The touch ups can be used right after coffee or soda, or anything that stains. They’re a bit more “intense” than the regular ampoules.

The touch ups …
The touch ups really do feel a lot more intense… they don’t exactly burn but it’s like you took too many breath mints kind of feeling. Though, with the touchups I don’t think it’s recommended you use them as often. So tough, I know. :\ I wish I could afford to buy another set! I got so lucky finding the kit on sale.

Well after my GoSmile kit use I kept on drinking coffee… and unfortunately you can tell which is too bad. :\ You’d have to keep using GoSmile “regularly” as in a few times a year to continually improve the condition of your teeth.
