You are supposed to … You are supposed to cut off the tabs that stick out after you mold them. Then you can close your mouth, just an FYI for next time.

im on my 4th segment. my gums are tingling like crazy but not bad enough to stop. i see a difference and im very happy so far. i hope the tingling goes away after i brush my teeth though. i notice a gritty feeling all over my gums and lips when the trays were off..
