One quick thing about thyroid that is ESSENTIAL , T3 and T4 mean absloutely nothing without your reverse T3 numbers . T3 is your gas and you can’t get good gas mileage with your foot on the brake which is reverse T3 . Unfortunately 90% of doctors don’t understand this so they are working with half the picture . Make sure you get a comprehensive thyroid test including T4 T3 reverse T3 and TSH all included .
