    My Great-Grandma is 107 and she swears that a daily dose of neat GIN is the best thing for keeping her teeth pearly white. She says if you swallow it’s the best and she’s ALWAYS swallowed as it’s rude not to:)

    Our dentist tells us to rinse our mouths out with hydrogen peroxide if we have gum or mouth sores also its great for whiting teeth and is very safe. Just don’t sallow it.

    Google ” Keyes Method”….you have to make a paste of it using the peroxide with some baking soda…..but it really will whiten teeth as well as help gum infections and sometimes toothaches too!

    Hydrogen peroxide is a superreactive oxygen species and I don’t think it should be put in your mouth.

    yes, you brush your teeth so you get all the germs loosened up and washed away, then you brush them with perixide and it will foam up. leave it on when you go to bed and all the layer of yellowing will come off. Well, maybe not all of it, but there’s quite a substantial difference!
