  3. I really like Crest Whitestrips Premium. I use them as needed.
    I also use Listerine Whitening Pre-Brush Rinse on a daily basis.

    (I also don’t smoke or drink coffee.)

    "chlorhexidin"
    do proper brushing
    gargle ur mouth with slightly warm water with salt twice a day
