Whiteing teeth no bleach?
Is there a good way to whiten like really whiten yellow teeth tried various tooth pastes but they are so slow and only work gradually
Problem is am a smoker so its hard, will baking soda work anything domestic
Its not like want anything dangerous or corrsosive to gums etc
Will try salt and baking soda with mint should work thanks

baking soda and salt mixture, equal parts. you can get mint extract and put it in there and make a paste. also, peroxide works well too. You can dilute it a bit so the taste isn’t as bad.

Yes baking soda DOES work but you have to scrub the teeth every night. Even use a cloth or tissue and dab it into the B/S and scrub! I’m a smoker too and it really works.

I don’t really know, but the only thing I do know is that stripes to help. However, that crazy answer at the couple of drops of lemon drops or the strawberries, that dude is trippin. That acid on your teeth will eat away at your enamel and damage your teeth. That’s a crazy answer. Consult a dentist. Whatever tooth paste you use, make sure it’s ada approved, your mouthwash should be too. Also, sometimes tarter build up along your gum line and under your gum line will hurt the whiteness of your teeth, if you get this cleaned by a dentist, it could improve the whiteness of your teeth. Stripes don’t hurt your teeth either, I asked the dentist. They said it helps for many people!
