How do you get WHITE TEETH? What if teeth whiteners don’t work and capping teeth is too expensive?

Are there any other options that have worked for you? Teeth painting? Help!
what is bleaching like?

Hi,

Lot of people do face problems with yellow teeth. The reason for yellow teeth can be less calcium, smoking or coffee. Some people face problems like yellow to faint yellow teeth also because of too much brushing or using products which harm teeth. While baking soda or peroxide can make your teeth white but it is not recommended. Dentists world over do not recommend use of such pure form substances on teeth as they harm your teeth in longer run.

Not all whitening trays are good, in fact many people have complained about irritation and pain with trays. Yellow teeth are not always unhealthy while bright white teeth can be unhealthy. Lot of people want white teeth so that they can smile big and don’t get embarrassed while talking to friends and colleagues. Such people can use teeth whitening pens which are 100% safe for your teeth. The best thing about these products is that you can easily get free trial to have white teeth. You may order your free trials and have white teeth. Its always better to try before you buy and I am sure it will work for everyone including you.

BTW the website where you can get such free samples is http://tinyurl.com/freewhiteteeth

I am not promoting the website nor am I associated with it in any manner. Just trying to help someone who is worried about bad/yellow teeth.

Hope this helps.

Thanx :-)

  4. Ok follow the instructions on my source to get whiter teeth fairly rapidly if you dont want to buy whitening strips or professional bleaching by dentist.

It works pretty well, the only down side is that you might get sensitive teeth, but it really does bleach your teeth well.
Apparantly its quite a good mouthwash aswell.

    Check out my source:

He’s been using hydrogen peroxide for a while now, rinsing with it about 2 times per day to strengthen and whiten his teeth. He said that the peroxide actually fortifies cavities (essentially, repairing them) and hardens the enamel on your teeth to prevent cavities from forming.

It’s funny, because a few months ago I heard a few actors in a movie talking about how hydrogen peroxide is good to gargle with to help fight mouth infections and sore throats.

    Instructions:

    1. Clean your toothbrush with hydrogen peroxide to disinfect it
    2. Rinse 30 seconds – 1 minute with 3% hydrogen peroxide
    3. Brush your teeth in up and down motion

You’ll have to experiment with the hydrogen peroxide usage. Some people use it a few times a week, some people use it 2 times a day. Some people rinse for 30 seconds and others hold it in their mouth for 10 minutes. I’m going to start off with aforementioned guidelines once a day and see how it goes.

Update: 7/5/2009 – I recently read that hydrogen peroxide can weaken the filling in your cavities. I suggest looking into the usage more before using with cavity fillings.

I use a special tooth soap i get offline which works WONDERS for my teeth. You need to try it! It does not only clean the hard plaque only dentists get off but it helps my teeth re enamle ize. Toothpaste leaves glycerine on your teeth which makes them not re enamle ize and also aids in decay because of the sugar they add in it to sweeten it. It is better than nothing, but keep in mind how BAD flouride is for you! never listen to what the government says. They may want us to be unhealthy, it keeps healthcare booming in business. Just look it up on google. Buy tooth soap and you’ll find all different kinds and info about it!!!

Other things to help you understand tooth whitening:

"Trying to compare a product with Carbamide peroxide to one containing Hydrogen Peroxide? A solution of 10% carbamide peroxide is about equal to 3% hydrogen peroxide, 22% carbamide peroxide is about the same as 7.5% hydrogen peroxide. Stronger products produce faster whitening results, but increase your chances of experiencing temporary tooth sensitivity." from http://www.ddssmiles.com/tooth-whitening-ingredients.htm
