Is it ok for guys to use teeth whiteners?

I’m a 14 year old male and have picture day soon. I brush my teeth twice a day, but genetically my family has "dark" teeth. Mine are not too dark, but I would want them to look white, at least for this one picture (it’s going in the year book also). I had a picture done for my camp last year and was dissapointed when I saw my teeth, they did not look white at all.

I always see women modeling for these whitening products though and was wondering if it’s ok if guys use them also? Thanks.

Yes, it’s ok, Crest whitestrips are pretty good but they can make your teeth very sensitive. try aquafresh trays, less messy and less sensitivity but just as good.

    You bet guys use whitening products! I have done in office whitening for many men,as well as take home bleach trays. Go for it!!

  4. Of course, i wouldnt suggest using white strips though, brush your teeth with baking soda and peroxide, it works much better.
