What are the best home teeth whiteners that you have used?

What is your usual routine for whitening your teeth and keeping them white?

I haven’t found one that is pleasing yet,but deffinetely don’t use Crest Whitening Strips. They don’t stay on and slide around your mouth. The Aquafresh trays look good but I haven’t tried them yet- so I guess I would suggest those.

  4. A combo of Crest White Strips and Crest Whitening Toothpaste is effective and reasonably priced.
The key while whitening, is to stay away from foods and beverages that will stain your teeth. Basically, anything with color will stain. Some examples of the worst are: Berries, coffee, tea, red wine, juice, soda ( other than Sprite or its competitor brands)….if you are going to drink these items, please drink through a straw. This will lessen the chance of staining the front of the teeth.
Remember to brush after every meal and use the whitening product as directed, for optimum results.
Take a before and after picture to see how white your teeth have become. Take a pic. before and then 1 month after beginning treatment….if you continue to whiten after that month, take a pic. every month after. Your teeth will only whiten so much. After 1 month you should see major results!
A kit from your dentist is more effective, but also more costly! Don’t even think about Zoom or Brite Smile! There is new evidence that proves that "blue light" whitening lasts for a shorter period of time. In office whitening without a light is effective, lasts longer and can be lighter on your pocket! Opalescence is a good in office whitening treatment that doesn’t require a light.
