Do store brand teeth whiteners work better if you use them several times a day?

I just bought a box of Listerene White strips that dissolve. You’re supposed to use them twice a day and in two weeks will see full results. I was wondering if I could speed the process up by wearing them more than twice a day. Has anyone tried this before and seen results?

  1. The listerine strips use hydrogen peroxide as the active ingredient. If you increase the exposure you will speed up the whitening, but also increase the possibilities of pain and sensitivity caused by the caustic peroxide. Some people just are not sensitive, others are. It’s a trade off.
